This policy explains how Ledgerline, Inc. ("Ledgerline", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit ledgerline.ai, contact us, or use our services. Customer data processed on behalf of our customers is governed by our agreements with them, including a data processing agreement.

- Contact details such as your name, company, work email and phone number when you request a demo or a callback.
- Anything you include in messages to us.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
Customer data
When a customer connects systems such as an ERP, bank feed or inbox, we process that data only to provide the service, under the customer's instructions. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and provide the service.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and products.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, email and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Customer data is retained and deleted according to the customer's contract.
